(I) Devotees book Sevas and Pujas with temples or individual purohits / pandits or trusts/societies/companies (campaigner) and get Sevas and Puja performed virtually
(II) Devotees can donate to (campaigner) for Anandan, or temple construction or dakshina, based on temple Sevas and Puja etc.
(III) Marketing and outreach for the foregoing Campaigns and facilitating bookings or donations for campaigners
(IV) Few campaigner may be initiated by Sri Punyalingeswara Temple itself partnering with renowned temples or individual purohits / pandits or trusts/societies/companies, in such scenarios Sri Punyalingeswara Temple will be termed as campaigner
(V) These Terms of Use governs Your access to and use of every content, functionality or services offered on or through Sri Punyalingeswara Temple
By your (You or Your) accessing, browsing and/or use of Sri Punyalingeswara Temple, You accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms of Use). The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern SRI PUNYA LINGESWARA SWAMY KSHETRAM TRUST’s relationship with You. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before proceeding. You declare Your willingness to abide and be bound by these Terms of Use through Your use of Sri Punyalingeswara Temple. If You do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use www.sripunyalingeswara.com. These Terms of Use (which may be updated at the sole discretion of Sri Punyalingeswara Temple without intimation) will be effective immediately upon Your acceptance of Our terms and conditions, Your use of Sri Punyalingeswara Temple being indicative of such acceptance. These Terms of Use shall be enforceable against You in the same manner as any other written agreement.
Sri Punyalingeswara Temple allows devotees to book different kinds of auspicious Sevas and Puja online, to be performed at campaigners of your choice. Devotees are no longer needed to step outside but can book it within the comfort of their homes on this portal. The process of booking is easy and hassle-free. Additionally, there are a lot of Sevas and Puja to choose from. Once the Sevas and Puja is performed, you will receive an update (message) for the same. Blessings are just a click away!. Devotees also can donate to annadanam and temple construction Sevas and Puja and also services offered by campaigners.
Sri Punyalingeswara Temple is built only for Indian users and doesn't facilitate any transactions for Non Indian passport holders. Devotee represents and warrants that shall not attempt, directly or indirectly, to book Sevas and Puja or donate to Sevas and Puja offered by campaigners if they don't hold Indian passport.
Campaigners warrants that they comply with the provisions of FCRA and Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).
Please note that in accordance with the FCRA, the following persons cannot receive foreign contributions (this list may be amended from time to time in accordance with regulatory and statutory actions, and such amendment shall apply to You with immediate effect from such regulatory or statutory action):
(I) Candidates for election;
(II) Correspondents, columnists, cartoonists, editors, owners, printers or publishers of registered newspapers;
(III) Judges, government servants, or employees of any corporation or any other body controlled or owned by the government;
(IV) Members of any legislature;
(V) Political parties or their office bearers;
(VI) Organisations of political nature, as may be specified by the central government;
(VII) Associations or companies engaged in the production or broadcast of audio news, audio visual news, or current affairs programmes through any electronic mode or any other mode of mass communication;
(VIII) Correspondents or columnists, cartoonists, editors, or owners of associations or companies referred in the clause above.
These Terms of Use comprise the full and complete agreement between You and Sri Punyalingeswara Temple with respect to the use of Sri Punyalingeswara Temple and supersedes and cancels all prior communications, understandings and agreements between You and Sri Punyalingeswara Temple, whether written or oral, expressed or implied with respect thereto. Nothing herein creates any power or authority or any party nor does anything herein contain any provision to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on any party on behalf of each other. The Terms of Use will not be construed to create or imply any partnership, agency or joint venture relationship.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a booking. We invite you to review our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The following terms are applicable for any sevas that you booked with Us
We don't entertain the cancellation, But in cases where an order was booked by mistake or was duplicated due to technical issues from our Payment gateway partner, You can reach out to us for an order cancellation request over email at seva@sripunyalingeswara.com, Any such requests should be raised in 3 days from order booking. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any orders that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Sevas and Puja once booked and performed can't be refunded. Sevas and Puja booked but not performed can only be cancelled as per the cancellation terms.
The SRI PUNYA LINGESWARA SWAMY KSHETRAM TRUST will not provide refunds for any purchased products, booked Sevas and Puja, or services.
