Ganga Aarti festival at the twelve Jyotirlingas on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri

On the sacred night of Maha Shivaratri, the divine surroundings of Sri Punyalingeswara Swamy Temple were filled with devotion and celebration as the grand Ganga Aarati unfolded. The temple premises shimmered under the soft radiance of countless oil lamps carefully placed around the sanctum. महा शिवरात्रि की पवित्र रात को, श्री पुण्यलिंगेश्वर स्वामी मंदिर का दिव्य माहौल भक्ति और उत्सव से भर गया, जब भव्य गंगा आरती शुरू हुई। मंदिर परिसर गर्भगृह के चारों ओर ध्यान से रखे गए अनगिनत तेल के दीयों की हल्की रोशनी में चमक रहा था। उनकी गर्म चमक खूबसूरती से सजे शिव लिंग को रोशन कर रही थी, जिसे ताज़ी, रंगीन मालाओं से सजाया गया था, जिससे एक अद्भुत आध्यात्मिक नज़ारा बन रहा था।

माहौल पवित्र मंत्रों, मंदिर की घंटियों की मधुर आवाज़ और हवा में फैली अगरबत्ती की सुखद खुशबू से गूंज रहा था। बड़ी संख्या में भक्त शानदार गंगा हरथी देखने के लिए इकट्ठा हुए, और गहरी आस्था और मन की शांति के अनुभव में डूब गए। भीड़ की सामूहिक प्रार्थना और श्रद्धा ने इस मौके की पवित्रता को और बढ़ा दिया।

पारंपरिक कपड़े पहने, पुजारियों ने रस्म को खूबसूरती और सटीकता के साथ किया, और कई परतों वाले दीयों को एकदम सही तालमेल के साथ उठाया। जैसे ही शाम के आसमान में आग की लपटें चमक रही थीं, पवित्र धुएं की लहरें ऊपर की ओर उठ रही थीं, जिससे समारोह की दिव्य आभा और बढ़ गई। चमकते दीयों और लयबद्ध हरकतों ने काशी की मशहूर गंगा आरती की शान को याद दिलाया, जिसने वहां मौजूद सभी लोगों का मन मोह लिया।
